"Apparently this gal was new at Roots and I asked for a men’s cut 1” at the neck tapered to 1.5” on the top of my head. The top of my head was left over 2” to 2.25”. The hair was left over my ears and were not trimmed at all. Many areas were different lengths... When she was done she shuffled my hair to one side of my head and asked me how I wear my hair... I replied like it was when I came in. I then showed her. Apparently she payed no attention. She was very slow and did not offer me any confidence what so ever. I had to get my hair repaired after realizing what a poor haircut I received. This was the worst hair cutting experience I have ever had, and I am not picky! I will never go back there and wouldn’t recommend going there.."
