"Called one evening and had them hold three different types of breads, and I would pick them up the next morning. I have to do this, because according to their staff, they don’t have bread available until noon or 1 PM and they close at five. That’s a very short window and I’m at work and cannot make those times. I drove all the way across town to pick up my order, and there was nothing for me! This has happened A few times, and they don’t seem to care. The bread is fantastic but the customer service needs a lot of work. Too bad so sad"

"Love this place! Best sticky buns in Traverse City. My daughter loves their cinnamon rolls. Wife loves the gouda dip. Very friendly staff that obviously love what they do."

"The place itself is nice, good parking and good location. The staff was not very nice. They weren’t very busy and we still waited a very long time for our food. The food itself was average at best. Prices were good. Overall a very average experience."
