"I ordered EXTRA cream cheese on my bagel and a hot tea and a coffee and it took over 20 minutes for them to get my order to me i paid for the "extra" cream cheese that they put on it for me this time which they usually give me two cups and a knife but there was only cream cheese on HALF my bagel so i paid for extra and didnt even get a NORMAL AMOUNT! If it would let me post a picture i would."

"Manistee bigby! I frequent here, I love all the refreshing drinks you offer! However this mornings visit wasn't so pleasant, I gave my girlfriend some extra cash I told her to make sure she tips the lady at the window they're always so nice. Today However, the lady at the window must be new, haven't seen her here. She ripped the card right from my girlfriends hands and scoffed at her!? The lady behind her working too we've seen many times she looked stunned, her jaw hit the floor. By the time the rude lady came back with the coffee she was a bit different I assume the other person working gave her a talking to about this, I hope thank you! We'll give you guys another shot, if I get window service like that again ill give my money to the small local coffee shops instead (:"

"This is the second time I’ve had a poor experience at this Biggby. I ordered my bagel with extra cream cheese and with it on both sides. The bagel only had cream cheese on one side and it was not extra.On top of that my drink was not made correctly. They put glitter in it even though we didn’t order glitter. There was only one person in line ahead of us and it took a while for my drink to come out. Overall this is one of the worst Biggby experiences i’ve had. Edit- I’ve gone twice since my previous review and both times my bagel was made incorrectly on top of that the service was not great either. We were going to ask for a star but immediately after handing stuff to us they closed the window not even giving us the time of day. Overall i’m very disappointed that my experiences at this Biggby haven’t been good. Especially since almost every other Biggby i’ve been too has provided great customer service and was capable of making orders correctly even when it’s been very busy."

"Great coffee. We went twice on our trip and one time they were out of eggs and another they were out of bananas for smoothies. It's a small stand, so it's understandable, just be prepared with a backup choice for food."
