"Unless you want to be bald I highly recommend not coming here. It was supposed to be a slow transition to blonde ( the point of doing that TO NOT FRY MY HAIR) I lost 5 inches about in breakage- maybe more I have a long road ahead and hope I don’t have to cut it anymore. I grew out my hair just for it to break off at almost chin length. When I tried to confront the owner I left a message in tears at 5:30 am explaining my hair broke off when I went to comb it etc, never got a call back after seeing another salon to salvage what’s left, I call again at 10:30 am and ask to speak with the owner and was out on hold just to be told she’s got an extremely booked day today and will call me if she can she left me a voicemail saying that’s a normal process to go blonde. IT ABSOLUTELY ISNT!!! not to mention I also believe the bleaching was left in too long and I have a “ hot scalp” luckily I didn’t get blisters!!! Glad she can laugh and chuckle in the voicemail when I’ve just lost my freaking hair. I had cancer when I was 17, I lost a lot of my hair this truly was a traumatic experience for me. I understand mistakes happen but when she called and left that voicemail not giving a crap… she didn’t even apologize… devastating"

"Such a fantastic experience! First of all, they got me in so fast. But they didn't rush. With thick long thick hair, it sure can be a long process. I have had some experiences where my head felt so sore leaving. I have a sensitive scalp, but didn't even have to mention it. They were absolutely so gentle. I found myself dreading the next step because of past experiences. Each time I was proven wrong. And the staff helped each other out! Wow the communication between staff was so refreshing and left such a grate vibe in the place. As for the finished product, it was the exact length I showed in the picture. And the color is so refreshing! Great job staff!"
