"The jeweler burnished my wife's diamond ring that was snagging on clothing, and didn't charge me! She did tell me, however, that they are no longer working on jewelry that was not purchased in their store. This makes us sad, because they have always been so wonderful to fix bent prongs, solder rings together, etc. It's sad, because I don't blame Kingsley North, because I KNOW it was from one, or a few persons, that blamed Kingsley for something that wasn't their fault, but possibly a poorly made ring or setting from another store that Kingsley tried to fix for them."
