"I had an unfortunate encounter at this location when I was approached by a heavily built man with feminine features. My grandson stepped in to protect me while I was visibly upset. My intention was to enjoy a cup of tea, as I usually do, but this time I was capturing my grandson's first visit to my favorite store on camera. A person, who resembled Shrek, verbally harassed me and insisted that I stop recording or face consequences. I have evidence of my visit through a receipt and a video recording, so it's clear that I didn't provoke the situation. As a result of this experience, I've decided not to come back to this place."

"Decided to pick up the Ethiopia style roast that they offer and am very impressed with the flavor. Never thought I would enjoy a hint of blueberry in my coffee but it's a welcome addition. Would recommend Canadian maple syrup as a substitute to sugar as it brings unique flavors. They also have a outdoor store in their cafe and got a very good deal on footwear. Will be buying again."
