"Super frustrating to visually verify they have a credit card machine, then go to stand in line with two hot kids for 10 minutes, place my order and then be told they are cash-only. A sign of some sort sure would be nice to give people a heads up."

"My wife and I visited this ice cream shop this past weekend and I ordered terrific strawberry cheesecake ice cream in a waffle cone. The owner was serving, and when I placed the order he said that they only take cash (and I only had a credit card with me). Rather than decline to serve us, he responded that "this one is on me," and insisted on serving us anyway. So not only was the ice cream refreshing, but the generosity of the owner was to match! A great shop!"
