"I will only be going when Heather is working she is the only one who gets our order right every time and just has all around great customer service skills. She definitely needs a raise and other employees could definitely learn a thing or two from her about the service industry especially if they are adults."

"Ice cream here is awesome! However the service I experienced while getting just two cones was close to horrendous. The worker didn’t look at me once while taking my order and talked directly to the counter. She was also very rude. In addition to that I stood in an empty lobby for more than 8 minutes. I understand being understaffed but the way the staff acts here is downright disrespectful. If you want anything from here I’d recommend the drive through to avoid any interactions with the staff. Cute atmosphere inside however."

"We just left there and the only reason for 1 star is you can't give less than that. Waited 10 minutes in an empty lobby with at least 2 people working and one other family in the store. No one even came to check on us. A lady asked one of them if they had any ranch and was told yes but left standing there for a few minutes. I understand the lack of help being an issue but an empty store should allow for at least a little communication."

"Went in for the first time. Just had cones but they also have a pretty good food menu. Went back again for lunch. It was great. We had loaded nachos and shrimp tacos."
