"If you’re middle aged and white, you’ll be treated fine. But the older ladies at the front desk treat you horribly if you look different at all. Wish I knew their names. Such a bad experience every time I come in here, I try to be the most friendly I can be, and I actually get some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced anywhere. Very judgmental here."
"Enjoyable visits each rime on our trips north. Ever changing stock, never know what you'll find. Great prices, and quirky folks, some more helpful than others, but all volunteers so hard to judge."
"Really disappointed with the customer service today, May 27th. Prices aren’t bad, selection is fine, but the cashiers weren’t friendly at all so I won’t be coming back."
"The two older woman today at the register on 5/27/2023 were EXTREMELY rude. Not just to me either. I witnessed them talk rudely to two other customers as well, throw up a hand in a man’s face when he asked for a question, and one person even looked at me confused as to why she was being so abrasive. I left feeling extremely frustrated and like crying, and the woman in line behind me seemed really offended as well."
"Great selection. Decent sales. Nice variety. I occasionally find a good deal. Getting very pricey as of late with signs about like items on ebay-which if you look aren't even SOLD items. I can't even afford to buy myself a pair of boots there. But it's clean and if you shop the sales you can afford some things. Volunteer run and the church does a lot to help the community. I took away one star because they aren't a boutique -and I shop there because I'm broke and I think they are thinking of rich tourists more than poor locals."
