"I went into the store, it's a cool store! I found what i wanted right away but decided to look around while the lady was helping another customer. I needed help getting the chimes I wanted but the lady made a personal phone call when the other customer left, after a while I got sick of waiting and just left. It was awkward trying not to listen to the personal call while waiting to make our purchase. Since I cannot reply to the comment from the business, this phone call was not concerning an illness or death. This type of call should have been made when no customers were in the building."
