"I brought my grandmother in today, and it was very busy. Unfortunately, they were short staffed and The MA stacie, was working both front and back. She was so kind and efficient even with how busy it was. She took care of each patient with a smile on her face and made sure everyone in the waiting room received proper quality care. "I was the first one at the urgent care with my child. We waited 45 minutes with zero communication regarding wait time. The MA was rude and never communicated in a calm fashion and did not like being questioned regarding the gross lack of communication. Doctor was excellent once we were seen but the front desk staff and medical assistant are lacking the skills to adequately perform their job functions. EDIT: I did receive a VERY nice phone call from the manager. She assured me that this wasn't the standard of care that the clinic strives for and will do her best to make sure the situation is remedied on her end."
