"I do not recommend Dr Gilbert. He charged my husband over $900 for a 15 minute "office consultation". He told my husband he had to look inside his nose. He did not inform my husband that looking inside his nose with a light for 2 minutes would be billed as the highest level 4 "surgery"!? He charged $606 for that 2 minutes of viewing the nose. In addition, he charged $356 for the 15 minute office consultation. Totaling almost $1,000 for this 15 minute office consultation. We believe this is medical fraud and have reported it as such to our insurance and Beacon."

He fixed my deviated septum small outpatient surgery and honestly I was nervous about it but he and his staff were supportive and kind and friendly and helped me 110% the whole way! Check ups after the surgery were excellent and they asked me how I was feeling and how much pain I was experiencing, very detail oriented people who wanted to make sure I not only got the surgery but also healed well and felt like it was a successful experience. Dr. Gilbert gave me multiple avenues and was very helpful, as he always has been. I have had experience with one of his associates Dr. Kevern as well and she is equally as professional and kind!
