"I came here for Doctor Susan Conn, NP. She was one of the best female doctors I have ever had. She was very personable and kind. She made you feel comfortable to share anything with her and was willing to talk about her own experiences if needed to ease any anxiety you had. I didn't have her very long as a doctor (3 years) but I had hoped to continue to have good experiences here at this facility. The office receptionists are also pretty kind/normal. This place is also very clean, and wait times aren't long at all. Would definitely recommend specifically Susan Conn. Edit/updates: Unfortunately Susan Conn is no longer at this facility or works through St. Joseph Health System. Since this change my health records have been passed from doctor to doctor in there system, I've been notified only via mail. (I have yet to schedule another appointment but as of late due to my change of insurance and Im unsure if they take my new insurance... but wonder if there is some issues between the facility business practices and the doctors as it seems like every 3-6 months one of them is always leaving?)"
"The new doctor at that office is horrible! I waited for a long time in the room before Dr. VANDERZWAAG came in to see me. She was very soft spoken and didn't seem to understand my issues. Her nurses were worse. The nurse took my blood pressure and left the cuff on my arm. I felt she was bothered that I was there. The Dr. VANDERZWAAG came in. Talked to me about all my depression issues. Put me a water pill because the bottom number was 89. Maybe consider it was the first time I saw her so I was nervous. She then told me the nurse would be in to give me instructions and to schedule a return visit. Well I waited and waited for someone. No one came. I think I waitedmore the a half hour. I left the room said something to the nurses . I guess the Dr. Failed to tell them. The instructions they printed out were ones I can see on my chart. One of the nurses scheduled the next visit. But with what I experienced I canceled it. SUSAN Conn and her nurses were so much better then they are. Plus the ppl up front were kind of rude. I won't be going back to that office.."
"I've been a patient for 20+ years and when I tried to get an appointment for a non-emergency I was told twice to go to the ER. I thought the ER was for actual emergencies. I had a good relationship with my primary however I will be finding a new one."
"Dr. Doctor is a very mean and rude man, he does not make coming to the doctor a comfortable experience, especially if you already have a bit of anxiety about doctor visits anyways… he’s is very cold, snide, and just down right makes you feel “less than” it’s definitely a inferiority complex situation, I genuinely have no clue why he’s so mean, it’s not just inside of the facility but outside as well, my son seen him while we were out recently we spoke and he looked at us as if we were dirt and had no right to speak to him. It’s very disheartening and we have just decided at this point to transfer our care elsewhere, my kids have been patient of dr Higgs for over 13 yrs and my oldest and myself see Dr. Doctor but It’s time that we move on. I honestly can’t even be open during a visit because I am uncomfortable with him and if I’m unable to discuss with my healthcare provider things in concerned about if have questions about nothing will never get solved. I just wanted to write this review to let the office know, we as “patients” with private insurance make a choice to come to you as a provider when we could have picked anywhere else, we don’t come here to be treated like we are nothing. Its unacceptable."
"My whole family goes to Dr. Priebe and he's a wonderful physician. However, getting someone to answer the phone in the office is next to impossible! They got rid of the automated prescription refill request option and you can also no longer leave a voice-mail. Who's got time to sit on the phone 50 min. waiting for someone to answer and that's if you're lucky. I once drove to the office while being on hold and told them I was waiting for 25 min. to get through. The receptionist ignored it and rudely asked: what can we help you within? This is going on for months and it's borderline patient negligence. They'll start losing patients if something doesn't change soon. Ridiculous for any business, let alone health providers."
