"I love Dr. Taylor. He is an amazing Dr. I’ve know him for 12 years now. He has been my kids Dr. A now I asked to be referred to him for myself. He has done surgery on my oldest son twice. And my youngest also had surgery done by him. He has so much patience with kids. He is a 10/10. I highly recommend him!!! Also the lady from audiology is very nice and patient with kids. But front desk does a very bad job at answering calls and calling back. It took me almost 2 weeks to schedule this last appointment. I left 3 voicemails and never got a call back from them."
"Place is a joke. Called them a week and half after my referral was sent to them. They told me it was still going through the process. Called a week and half later and had them tell me they now don't even have my name in their system. The girl who answered actually told me, she thinks the previous person I talked to lied to me about still going through the process. Waste of three weeks all while feeling miserable. No one should have to deal with an office that don't have their ducks in a row and talking bad about about people who they work with to potential patients."
"The customer support here is nonexistent. I was referred here for Dr. Mistry’s expertise, but unfortunately I can’t get in touch with anyone. I visited in October, had a surgery scheduled at a location that didn’t work with my insurance, so that surgery was cancelled. Called at least a dozen times to reschedule, left voicemails, nobody called me back until I filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau. My surgery was then rescheduled for mid December. A few days before surgery, I was told my insurance was only covering part of it. At this point I would’ve paid out of pocket for the rest of it but nobody gave me that option. The office said they’d put in an appeal. It’s been over a month and nobody has returned my calls and there is no evidence of an appeal. What a joke. I wish Dr. Mistry worked elsewhere because he is reputable and I was looking forward to this surgery with him."

"Had my son in there first couple weeks of August. Was told he needed a tonsillectomy and they will call to schedule within 4 to 6 weeks. It's been 3 months. I've left several messages with nurses and other staff directly and have also left several messages on their surgery voicemail box. When it's not full. No one calls back. Zero professionalism. Having my son referred somewhere else."
