"I took my mother here earlier in the month to get her eyes checked and to pick out glasses. We waited nearly 35 minutes past her appt to be seen, which is what it is - that sometimes happens, and did give her time to pick out frames. My issue is the urgency and push especially by the front desk manager who clearly was irritated clients were in the store - its not our fault you are running behind and now late closing your storefront. To add insult to injury, they had her glasses in the physical store 10 days without notifying her. We only discovered this by contacting them to find out a status update. Would never recommend this location to anyone, terrible service, attitude and follow through by some of the staff."

"I like the service of all the staff. Very professional. I believe the manager was there, and I could sense some tension from his part towards staff which does affect the overall customer service experience somewhat, but overall I do like this place."
