"I have been going to this place for years and continually have multiple issues getting my prescription refilled. Recently I called 5 times for the same refill and each time I get the same answer (I gave it to the doctor I'm just waiting on her) the person answering the phone is very nice, the last time I called (4th time) she was very apologetic and actually checked with the doctor while I was on the phone. She came back to the phone and assured me that my prescription was being sent to the pharmacy and apologized over & over. I waited for the text from my pharmacy saying my prescription is ready but never received it. I then call the pharmacy to check only to he told (again) your doctor did not send the request for a refill. I now call the doctor for the 5th time only to find out they are closed for the weekend. The last time I was there I said I was going to find a new doctor, I guess I should have done that back then!!!! This is the first time I have ever taken the time to sit down and write a bad review about anyone or any place so hopefully, anyone reading this understands just how frustrating this place really is."

"I have been going here for 12 years never any issues. Any referrals are quickly processed they always send my scripts right over to my pharmacy. The wait time is always reasonable and always have appointment available I have never had to wait more then a day or two. I recommend them to anyone that is looking for a new provider."

"I was called and told to come in for a script. I did, went to the hospital, got the X-ray. The following day they called and said the Dr. Wanted me to wait until 5 days before getting the X-ray. I Was Never told to wait 5 days ! Poor communication, incompetent staff in front office. These X-rays cost $90 . So now I have to get a 3rd X-ray in a week. Like money grows on trees. Jim Bell"

"Sadly the day has come that I have to give this location a bad review. It use to be a wonderful family dr. Not anymore... the receptionist was a completely rude individual. My mothers prescriptions DONT get called in the same day. SHE has to call them and remind them that she needs something... even then the Dr. Doesn't even remember what my mom needed!!!!! Come on.... what had happened to this place. You've let it come in contact with people who don't truly care about other people anymore. They just want money. Learn to do your job."

"I wish I could give this place less aa 1 star review. The doctor wasnt helpful at all, he basically gave the vaguest diagnose to a skin rash, he chalked it up to "its a skin rash, no idea what the cause could be but come back if it gets bigger". I'd be fine with that if I was only billed the $40 copay per my insurance. Instead I was billed over $100 for a simple office visit because they couldn't bill the insurance correctly. I have already spoken to my insurance multiple times and they have informed the office on how they are supposed to bill it, but the incompetent office staff still seems to be unable to figure it out. On the insurance, it should have been billed under Sterling Physicians because that's how the clinic is setup but they insist on billing it under the doctor which is not how they have it setup. It's like a weird scam to try and make you pay the office and not the insurance. I have been fighting with this for over a year now and they still have not been able to figure it out, the only solution they have is to send it collections. So if you have insurance, I would recommend going to a different clinic and not this one because they seem to mess up insurance billing."
