"Was very good for the most part, wife gave birth to our son here and they were very great and professional about everything and didn't feel pushed to do things we didn't want to do with our son. Most of the nurses were nice and compassionate and got to stay with our son thru everything they made my first experience a great one! They just need a waiting room for loved ones that's 24 hours as my dad was kicked out of hospital after driving from hours away after visiting hours ended which was disappointing which is why 4 stars instead of 5. Other than that very satisfied."

"1:00am in the morning and we ran out of formula after being discharged from Beaumont Troy that morning and our child isnt latching. Stores are closed, baby is crying and I am frantic to find a solution. So I venture out into the night to see if we can get more from Beaumont seeing as we were just there and they would have a heart to feed a baby in need that was under their care. I was fully prepared to pay whatever inflated price they would charge to ensure that my child ate for the night and I could go stock up in the morning. We were coldly refused service by the team there and I had to find another option. Which is when the lovely ladies at Rochester Ascension's night shift had picked up the phone and offered their assistance in getting me the formula I so desperately needed. Not only did they go above and beyond in providing the formula I needed but they also sat down with me to tell me how much and when the baby will need to eat. We were provided so much information that was not available to us at Beaumont and my baby thanks you ladies for your caring heart and compassionate demeanor."
