"Unfortunately, although I finally got my «  deposit » refunded ( after writing this review and 4 weeks way too late) I still feel there are cautionary items at this practice… I initially went in because I’m in pain and I can barely walk. You expect to be treated correctly since they are being paid for their services - I was NOT. Patients should be treated with respect NO MATTER WHAT INSURANCE THEY HAVE ! Remember people, the medical staff are our employees - our insurance pays their salary. For several reasons, I’m leaving this review. First reason is that they have some very indifferent office staff who are NOT welcoming to new clients and need some sensitivity training- it’s Lake Orion, NOT Beverly Hills California ladies… Second reason is my treatment options were very vague and the treatment I DID get initially was completely ineffective. Third , they asked me for a “deposit” pending verification of insurance coverage….that should be handled better by their office staff. There was no need of a deposit as my insurance coverage was valid and sufficient. Overall, I feel that had I not written the review, I’d still be waiting for my return of the « deposit ». I’m sorry to say that our society really needs an overhaul in the domain of integrity and humanity I would caution people to seek treatment somewhere else that appreciates their patients business. Based on my experiences , this place is about generating repeat business- not about getting people well ."

"My foot had a totally collapsed arch. Dr. Arsens staff was awesome. Taking several xrays for the Dr. After a thorough exam with countless explanations so he was sure I understood I was advised to undergo surgery. My recovery and follow up visits with him as well as physical therapy has made an amazing improvement. I will be forever thankful for his guidance and expertise."
