"This company truly sucks. Bought my $9,000 hearing aids from this company in Port Huron,MI, then they pulled up stakes and left the area. Now I deal with a company that cannot provide complete service for my aids. Hearing Aids exhorbitant prices ARE a scam, and I allowed myself to be scammed. Shame on me."

"He is not allowed to charge any insurance in the state of Michigan, look up his lawsuit. So when he’s telling you he is giving you a “discount” it is because he is not running your insurance and honoring what your insurance would’ve given you. If you have BCBS they are suppose to price your hearing aids via tru hearing, not Ron. Ron doesn’t consult them. Beware he states he was operating under a physician that you can’t get an appointment with who most likely doesn’t work there. Beware beware beware. Bcbsm told me that they do not work with him and my transaction was not processed and there was no explanation of benefits for the services he lead me to believe he was charging them for. He also CHARGED us for the TOP of the line product and we only received a MID grade product according to the insurance company. Please do not make the same mistake we did paying $6500 for something BCBSM priced out at $1500. I tried to call him out for practicing dishonorably but he seldom returns calls."
