"The office is very unorganized and chaotic every time I go. My doctor is also only in 2 days a week and leaves at 3, which makes scheduling an appointment hard and you have to wait weeks to see her. I’ve had to take time off work to get my blood drawn 3 times, and was just told they didn’t order enough vials the 3rd time so they need me to come in a 4th time. When I told them I was leaving for a 2 week trip tomorrow, they told me the doctor was leaving at 3PM and would not be there for me to come in today. The representative told me I could see if a doctor near me would do the remaining blood work today and that they “just needed 2 blue vials of blood”. I’m not sure if she expected me to deliver the blue vials of blood to their office or what. She then said I could wait another 2 weeks to do the 4th blood work since they could not get me in today or tomorrow. So now I have to wait 2 weeks for more blood work and 4 more weeks to see the doctor for results. The whole office is extremely unorganized and I am not impressed in the least bit. I would recommend going anywhere else. Also, they originally spelled my name as “Joshau” and when I told them it was spelled incorrectly they asked “well how do you spell it?”."
"Dr. Balaraman has been treating me for cancer since 2021. There is no one else I would trust to treat my cancer. She is Wonderful and God bless her. The staff at the Farmington Hills cancer location are all like family and I appreciate them. Today 8/14/2023 I rung the bell I thank God for my Doctor, she is the best and I love her. Thank you for allowing God to work through you, that's why I'm Still Here. Fran Bishop"
"At check out, we had to make several appointments for lab work and a follow up appointment. It was at the end of the day (5:10p) and it took longer than normal. But the young lady at check out (Racqel D) was very nice, patient, thorough AND professional. It’s very hard to find kind and professional employees (especially in the medical field) these days due to most being over worked during the pandemic. So KUDOS to Ms. Racqel D! We appreciate you and you’re a great asset to the Michigan Healthcare Professionals - Farmington Hills, keep up the good work!"
