"Dr. Shih is an excellent physician! She address all of my concerns seriously and formulates an appropriate plan. She is easily reachable for med changes or refills. She updates me on all significant diagnostic results in a timely manner. I have referred a lot of my friends and family to her and they are all very satisfied. Easily the best doctor I have had!"

"Until today, I would have rated Dr Shih a ‘5’ as she previously provided outstanding care, compassion and professional courtesy. I had a biopsy performed, at St Mary’s in Livonia, MI, on Thursday Aug 29th, at 12:45 pm. After waiting 10 days for results , I have heard nothing about the results. I contacted her office yesterday and was told no results of the biopsy were listed. I specifically requested that the results be sent to Dr. Shih as well as me being notified. Dr. Shih left me a voicemail stating that TODAY I would receive a call with the results. Kayla, the Nurse Practitioner, left a voicemail stating that biopsy results were mailed to me, and if I had questions, contact the office, which I did. So now I have to keep waiting for the results... REALLY???"
