"I have called several times to check on an order placed over a month ago, and have never recieved a call back. My scheduled procedure is in 2 days and I cannot get my compression stockings. I was placed on hold every time I called for more than half an hour. I have never spoken to anyone who can help me, so I was forced to cancel the procedure. Thanks Binsons."

"Been trying to pickup a CPAP machine for 5 weeks. 27 phone calls and only once did a real, live person answer. She forwarded my call...On hold again and noone answered. I spent anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours on hold each call. I received 2 calls from Binsons, indicated Macomb County, which is way too far for us. I've tried calling the phone number left on VM but STILL no answer. Before knowing the date the machine would be ready to pick, I got tired of calls being unanswered so we went to the Livonia location. We took a number but the people at the reception desk helped others instead. The gentleman at the CPAP desk treated us badly, like idiots who should know Binson's ordering process and were wasting his time. HORRENDOUS BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!"

"I waited 3 weeks for someone to get back with me and finally I got the rudest person after a 38 min wait. She was short and dismissive. She puts me on hold for 7 min and comes back to tell me they received everything they needed from my insurance and someone will call me. I asked y it took so long for me to turn around and have to wait longer and she seemed irritated that I asked and said we getting the orders out as fast as we can ma'am . I wanted to say more but decided not to go down to her level. Their customer service could use some serious training"
