"I tried to be proactive and asked for my prescription refill before the holidays because the crazy time and got a call from the medical assistant as if I was trying to get more and told me to call later. Well I asked later and as I said they didn’t send it. They just don’t care and don’t listen. The pharmacy does a better job managing than them"
