"I love the physicians, but the front desk administrative staff are very rude and unkind. Dawn has an attitude. They make it difficult to get an appointment. I’ve been a patient for over 10 years. But I am looking for a new office. I can’t deal with the incompetence."

"First time I went here had a positive experience, no issues / complaints. Second time had some follow up tests and their billing, over billing, rebilling , refunding which stretched close to 8 months AFTER the visit was annoying. Third trip come in for my appointment. Asked to come into the patient room for the vitals check and wait for the doctor. sitting in the patient room for going on 47 minutes now. If the doctor is not ready to see the patient maybe don't ask the patient to come in and tell them the doctor will be with you shortly. Also the walls are thin so I can hear my doctor in the room nextdoor visiting with someone else so either they forgot about me in this room or they clearly and blatantly double booked and I guess I'm the odd one out. If they do double book maybe don't chat about non medical related things while other patients are waiting."

"Called to see why my office visit that I paid for and later was covered completely by my insurance has not been refunded. This is either the 3rd or 4th time I have called. First time, the visit had not been charged so they could not refund my money. The billing department eventually had to request that my visit be processed so that they could bill the insurance company and then refund me. I called to day and was told that there was a new number for billing which I called and had to wait about 15 minutes. Turns out they do not do the billing but did handle my blood work. They owed me from 2016 for an overpayment. Sending check. When back to Infinity and was given another number. CAlled that number and had to leave a message even though the office is open till 4. Left message. I spent 55 minutes on the phone trying to get this resolved. Very unhappy."

"The service here is hit or miss - there is ALWAYS a 15-45 min wait to talk to someone on the phone to schedule an appointment. In my opinion, they either need to stop taking new patients or get more receptionists. Sometimes the receptionists are polite and helpful, sometimes they're extremely rude and unhelpful. However, I keep coming back because I absolutely love Dr. Bradley. She's a great doctor and a wonderful person. Makes you feel at ease and really listens to what you're staying. The PA Nicole is also really nice and helpful - I trust them both. I'm sure there are offices with a lot better customer service, but I'm reluctant to leave."

"Last night my husband asked me why I don’t just find a doctor closer to where my dad lives. You want to know why? Because you will never find better patient and customer service, then you find at infinity primary care. From the front desk administrators, the nurses,the phlebotomist, the PA, and the doctors - everyone here is incredibly helpful, understanding, and genuine. And they are darn good at what they do! And so that is why it is worth it to me, to make the 25 minute drive out to my dad, and drive him the 20 minutes to this office, and then back home. You can have a brilliant doctor, but at the end of the day you have to take into consideration their bedside manners. And as I said, every person that works in this office, has the best bedside manners that we have every experienced. Keep up the good work team! "
