"Medical alternatives was an great company the company could be an lot better if sherry Lynn was not there she is a very rude person try to talk to adults like a kid she is a lot of people quit you speak to her she won’t speak walk around frowned up all the time you can tell she very unhappy a home with that type of energy life to short then have Felica do all her dirty work get rid of her much better company and gets mad when you give her the same demeanor she so unprofessional they need to get rid of her before the company won’t last 4 months and seen it all.speaking to other staff members about other staff she is one sad sack woman!!!!!!!!"

"I was once an employee of medical alternatives they don’t take their job serious Dan he suppose to be an RN a person served broke her ribs he never came out to check on her also they let her stay in the house for days with a fractured rib before sending her to the hospital. His wife Sherry Lynn knew about it and know that Yvette lied and still made her home manager not only that Yvette talk inappropriate to person served I also seen her put her hands on a person served and they fired me because what I believe in was wrong. I called the person served family to informed them of the truth that I don’t feel his sister or daughter isn’t safe at medical alternatives. They need better management. Rochelle needs to step In before everything she worked hard for be destroyed by Sherry Lynn this woman is unprofessional and she talks down on people especially if it’s the truth and she don’t want to hear it. I’ve seen them ignore things regarding a person served which could be a state issue and they’ll sweep it under the rug"

"We take our job caring for others very seriously and work hard to care for all in our program. In response to the review of our staff observed at the Tiger's game recently, some confusion was expressed in the review. In that no male staff were present, so the review of the male staff was actually of a person we care for. These individuals have limited access to the community and we endeavor to practice inclusion wherever possible and from the outside it is impossible to see the internal struggles someone goes through with a brain injury. We are also meeting with our staff to better train them to work with our persons served in the community."

"I am currently at a Tigers baseball game - this company has brought special needs individuals to the game. That's great! The way this one woman in the staff uniform shirt spoke to the people in her care made my heart break. She tried to get them all to leave at the 4th inning and one male patient said no he wanted to watch the whole game. She abandoned him for over 15 minutes leaving him alone. The male staff member with her not only cursed this poor gentleman out he continued cursing his way up the stadium stairs around multiple children. All this to say RUN! DONT LEAVE YOUR LOVED ONES IN THEIR CARE!"
