"It’s taken a lot of thought in what to say about this place and the individuals who work here. My family couldn’t be more disappointed with Kelly the NP who resided over our father/husband to Amelia who tried to bully myself into forcing my father into hospice against his will. No one had the right to make any decisions on behalf of him because he was of sound mind. Up until the day he passed, he was able to make his own decisions and knew exactly what was happening. Not many people have the chance to uproot themselves to look after their family members as I did with my Service Dog. I will never regret all the effort and constant contact I had with my father’s medical team. Nor, will I ever regret how hard I advocated for the best possible care even when Keystone tried to bully me into putting my father into Hospice against his will. When I spoke to my father and told him what Amelia said with me crossing ethical boundaries, he said they could go to Hell. I was doing what he asked and following his last rights. Kelly never offered her condolences nor did anyone from Palliative Care of Keystone. Very disappointing. The manager of Keystone made every excuse of why they thought … let me say it again “ THEY THOUGHT” it was easier for them to come in and take care of my father because not many have the ability to uproot themselves. Yet, I did and they still went against every ethical aspect trying to bully our family into going against my fathers will. Kelly how disappointing it is knowing you work not only in Palliative Care but also in Hospice, yet not once could you reach out to say you’re sorry for our loss. My father really liked your visits. My father fought hard til the day he passed and there are many major medical flaws in our system, especially when it comes to getting someone hydration in the home. If you’re looking for a place for your loved one, stay clear of this place and the individuals here. What a horrible, horrible experience."

"This group of professionals are an extraordinary team. If and when you need their services you will be treated very empathetically . They also take care of all aspects of your illness ...... From prescriptions to weekly check ins (calling on phone , see if you need anything) to getting community help (meals on wheels ect.) I would recommend this place in a heart beat. Thank you michelle and Dr. Wyn & all the staff at Kestone."
