"This is NOT Allison Bush. She is a completely different person and is not even in the same profession. Allison Tran is a wonderful person and NURSE. Not social worker"
"Horrible horrible human being. I hope/can't wait for her to loose her licence. Avoid at all cost."
"I just had a mental health examination with Allison Bush at 12pm today to determine the decision on my disability application. It started out fine but when she asked me about a suicide attempt I had last year, she literally laughed at me. She said "You know you can't overdose on citalopram right? Like, It's literally impossible." She asked what exactly I did. I told her I took a 90 day supply worth of it. She continued to laugh and repeat that "You can't overdose on citalopram." I stopped being responsive and she repeated multiple times that for "future reference" that I should know that it wouldn't work. I wish I recorded the session so I could expose her for what she put me through and what she said to me. It was such an awful experience and of course, I know I'm going to have to make another attempt at applying for disability again because I know she will not approve my application and doubt she had the intentions of doing so in before she even spoke to me. This woman literally laughed at my attempt at suicide and went on to advise me to not try the same method for "future reference" Keep in mind that the site "doxy" does not record your appointments. If you have one with her, record it."
"Goes by Allison Bush now and she's absolutely horrible. So rude and condescending. Seriously one of the worst doctors or counselors I have ever dealt with. Kept interrupting me, wanted me to answer in HER way and didn't care that her questions were causing me to get emotional. She judged me for my tattoos the moment she saw me, you could see it in her eye and the way she treated me for the following hour was so dehumanizing. Offered no compassion and only judgement. TERRIBLE! And the worst part is that she has authority over my disability case. Run for the hills."
"Extremely RUDE and has an opinion of you before she knows who you are. Makes a lot of assumptions. Very Unprofessional."
