"I wish I would've known that the Express Care in Calumet and Jenny Bausano were so completely useless. I never would've gone there had I known that simple tests such as an ultrasound couldn't even be ordered by the staff I would see. Jenny Bausano was completely and absolutely useless, and I expect to have to go see a real doctor at some point this afternoon, since she's utterly incapable of performing any sort of exam or accurately making a diagnosis. The nurse that came in first spent more time with me. There was no skin infection - I came in because of a huge lump that closely resembles a medical meniscus cyst, and I wanted to make sure it wasn't happening again. Jenny pointed to a healed surface-level scratch on my knee, and somehow decided the hard lump - which she basically never touched because she said "that would hurt" - was related to that and the already-healed and tiny scratch must be draining in to it. She clearly had no idea what she was doing, and shouldn't be allowed to treat patients at all. Ever. Don't waste your time with this facility and the incompetent staff like Jenny Bausano. You'll simply be given the bare minimum of "care", and the only thing that's fast about this "express" center is the short amount of time Jenny will take to come up with a diagnosis or treatment plan that happens to be the easiest thing she can do with the least amount of effort from her possible. You're going to be told to follow-up with a real doctor, because you won't see one at Calumet Express Care, and Jenny Bausano general lack of knowledge makes me question hgow she possibly could've graduated and receive the "NP" letters have her name. And that's all they are. Letters. Jenny Bausano doesn't have the knowledge necessary to be a real medical provider, and it's painfully obvious. This horrible woman treating me had the gal to say that the emergency room could've ordered all the tests I needed, but I could've waiting a much longer time, so she was glad I drove to Calumet for absolutely nothing. She didn't examine my knee because she was worried that might hurt. I would've waited longer to know what was really wrong. I would've put up with an examination that might hurt to know what's really wrong. What a miserable and useless experience both Calumet Express Care and Jenny Bausano were. I will avoid both the facility and that unqualified and inept provider like that plague from now on - and I suggest you do the same!"
