"Absolutely ruined my ability to be involved in my own child's life. Took my legal 50/50 custodial parenting rights and emboldened my negligent ex to be able to write me out of my child's life as a villain, without ever speaking to me. Encouraged my ex to illegally switch my child's schooling behind my back. Also told my ex to get my child a new phone, despite me having taken away my child's phone months prior because they GOT THE POLICE SENT TO MY HOUSE because of their lack of responsibility and honesty with it. Never had an opportunity to come in or speak. By the time I was finally contacted, therapy had been in process for 4 months without my involvement and the manipulations were entirely set in stone. Literally ruined 12 years of dedicated parenting and allowed for abusive gaslighting to take place with Jen's permissions."

"Myself and some of my family members have been seeing Gwen for a couple of years now. She is wonderful! She listens without judgement and responds with understanding. She has been incredibly helpful and patient with us and I am truly grateful that we have been able to find someone like her. In my experience the mental health system has been very difficult to navigate and dealing with Gwen and her office staff has been such a relief! "I've been to a few different doctors/counselors over the last couple years, and Gwen is the best, so far. She's very down-to-earth and has a great sense of humor, which is very important. She's not judgemental in any way. I've only had 2 appts with her. And, I've not had a single problem. The wait time is just a few short minutes, not hours. The staff are very polite and happy to help with any questions you may have. It's quiet and the rooms are very discrete. To the person that left a bad review, I'm sorry that happened to you. But, it seems like you just hit there at a bad time. Doctors have lives, too. And, sometimes, it can interfere with their schedule. I don't know a single person that's never had to leave work at some point because of an emergency. Or, needed a few days off here and there to take care of some personal business. It doesn't make her a bad person or a bad doctor. It makes her human. If you had actually met her, I'm confident that you'd change your review. Give her another shot. I'm sticking with Gwen. I'm very comfortable with her and that's extremely important in this line of medical care."

"We’ve had a few appointments with Gwen. She is the sweetest woman. My son likes her. Unfortunately she had a family emergency that kept her out of the office. It seems like it was a pretty major emergency that kept her away from work for a little while. She is a great Nurse Practitioner, she just had a rough start. We look forward to our next appointment with her."

"Ridiculous! I had two appointments scheduled with a person named Gwen Payne. I showed up for the 1st appt on 2/27/18 and sat in the office for nearly TWO hours before some person finally told me Gwen Payne was not showing up that day but yet had not even called in to cancel my appointment or give an explanation for being a no show. She just did not come to work that day. Rescheduled for following week. Then received a phone call notifying me Gwen would STILL not be in for my rescheduled appointment. Totally unprofessional and not worth bothering with. IF anyone in Monroe needs help, stay AWAY from this so-called mental health facility. Look for an out of town facility instead."
