"This is our 2nd time going to this location. The first experience was not that great. The 2nd was better. The first time, they made us feel like mobile orders were not a priority compared to those ordering directly from the store or the drive-thru."
"Staff doesn’t interact with customers much, but that’s because they are SLAMMED all of the time - food and drinks always good."
"It was very delicious and super fast! I love the place and the location is easy and accessible. The only problem is I paid $9 for a drink! That is absurd!!! I want drinks that are around $4. It was delicious, but I don’t know if I would say it is worth it. I might try to make these drinks at home. If you don’t need a lot of things in your drink and like it simple, Starbucks is for you because they have cheaper stuff the simpler it is."
"Me and my friend had walked in around 7 at night we ordered our drinks and food, the employees were very nice and made our drinks fast, but after we had gotten out drinks I had realized my pink drink had a long hair in the sipping part I had to pull out of mouth, I do understand that it's an accident but I wish they would wear hairnets to keep hair out of peoples drinks and food."
"My son and his friend stopped in tonight shortly before closing and grabbed a drink. There was nobody there and it took about 15 minutes for one drink. Annoyed, because they’re 13 and had a 25 minute bike ride home before it got dark, when they finally got the drink my son said “finally”. As they were getting ready to leave the manager came out and asked if he had a problem with “his employee”. My son said “yes” because yes… there was a problem. The manager was very rude and said “okay you can get out”. This is not customer service. And being a kid doesn’t mean they deserve to be treated poorly. The correct thing to do after asking that would’ve been “what’s the problem? How can I help?”. I guarantee that they would’ve had a very different response had it been me or my husband in the store. I frequent this location and always tip. Sometimes 100% tips. I have been here many times where I’ve ordered a drink during peak times and been willing to patiently wait, thank the staff, tell them they’re doing a great job, etc… Not anymore. Sorry, but bad customer service is a deal breaker for me and I have no problem letting others know about this experience. I have worked in customer service most of my adult life. I have managed restaurants. I have managed stores. I have worked high level customer service for appliance companies. Never in a million years would that be the reaction we would have. Yikes! Maybe some better training is in order for your staff? Let me know when you get them under control and maybe I’ll return. Until then, I’ll defer friends and family from coming to this location and stay FAR away myself."
