"Lindsey is a great therapist . She really is a burst of sunshine . I initially chose her because she looked so friendly and a ray of light . She creates a super safe space and she really listens and I saw that right away she noticed things about me that I had never had anyone notice and it was totally how I felt . She also is beyond super sweet and super kind. She sent me Brene Brown’s new book so I could follow on my own and I just thought that was absolutely the nicest and sweetest thing . Lindsey has a really big heart and really cares for people . She made me feel “normal” when I didn’t see myself that way . She really tries to help people and wants to and really tries to understand you .
