"The doctors have always been extremely responsive, through the email portal and when I call. I feel very heard by her doctor (she sees Dr. Gappy, primarily, but has seen many others when sick). They always squeeze us in when she's sick and have been very helpful, even through my phone calls, with questions and needing advice."

"This place is a COMPLtETE JOKE. I wouldn't let them touch my dog let alone my kids. After making two separate appointments WEEKS ago for my 2 autistic children that need help, they have a disgustingly rude women call me and tell me that they can't see ONE of my kids because the DOCTOR told her there was some sort of issure that wasn't made clear to me. When I asked further questions this same disgustly rude woman tells me VERBATIM "SIR THAT IS THE DOCTOR'S STATEMENT" insinuating there was nothing I could do.... so after weeks of waiting to have my children seen she tells me "I'll just have to wait to hear back from them." I call back to leave a voicemail, letting them know what a poorly run joke they are. They have the nerve to call back and change the story from "The doctor said....." to "there was some sort of scheduling error" effectively admitting to me they outright lied about the first reason even though 20 minutes earlier it was "the doctors statement" In addition to calling me back to change their lie...... They leave a message to tell me we are "discharged from the practice" because of my angry voicemail. Discharged from a practice that we've never even been to yet. Which is hilarious. The appointment was made weeks in advance.... I wrote them down. The poorly run joke of a practice sent 2 automated voicemails and had another live person call me to confirm on two separate occasions and THEY, not ME, somehow make an error on the schedule that costs my kids more time without proper care. I'm not sure what this place cares about but it's not your children. In my opinion you are playing with your childs life by bringing them to a place that can't even maintain a schedule that was put in place weeks out. They can discharge us all they want..... After I seen how they conduct their business and talk to a desperate parent in need of help, there was no way I was bringing my children here. This place has no business handling the care of children or anyone else."

"If you do not call first thing in the morning, you will not get through to anyone. You will be put on hold and no one will ever pick up. If you choose the option to hold your place in line and receive a call back, you will not get a call back and you will lose your place in line."

"Transferred to this office at the recommendation of a friend. Currently here for the first visit and have already had a pretty poor experience. Appointment was at 11, told to wait in the car for a phone call to come in. After 2 phone calls confirming what we should be doing, I went into the office and they explained that they had messed up the appointment and were waiting for us to come in. So after an hour of trying to entertain a sick toddler in a parked car in a busy parking lot for a 15 minute consult, we're actively looking for a new pediatrician. Will update this review if anything changes, but that was such a poor experience, I don't have high hopes."

"My son has been a patient here since birth (2019) and we always had a great experience until the past 4 months, when I had our daughter. Always busy signals, if you choose the option to get a call back it takes HOURS. We schedule with our doctor then the office cancels because they scheduled us on a day he wasn't even scheduled to work. Have seen other doctors in a pinch - some are good, some are very very RUDE. Front desk staff is quite clueless. You have to confirm an appointment 3 times virtually and once over the phone... I don't have time for that. Phone lines always busy but have never heard a phone ring when I'm physically in the office. I could go on and on. We will be finding a new (reliable) peds office."
