"Dr. Padesky is not my normal pediatrician but my daughter was very sick and he was the only doctor available that day. My daughter had a fever, very lethargic, wouldn’t eat and seemed very out of it. She would barely respond when I asked her questions. Her cheeks were super flushed and I knew in my gut that this was more than a virus. I expressed all of these concerns to Dr. Padesky and he did not appear to be worried at all. He quickly examined her, said she had a virus and tested her for strep (even though she just finished antibiotics for it). I asked about testing her for Covid and he did not seem to want to. I also asked about another illness that he quickly shot down. When I got home, I tested my daughter for Covid and it came up positive instantly. I messaged Dr. Padesky to let him know about the results. In his visit notes, he claimed that we discussed signs and symptoms of Covid 19 to monitor which is 100% false. I will never see this doctor again. His visit notes were all lies and I am very upset. I see Dr. Gappy regularly and he is phenomenal!!!"

"Great staff ! My daughter has seen three of the physicians at the practice and they have all been so wonderful. Our last visit was a sick visit and they got us in as soon as possible which I am very thankful for.I will continue to go."

"First time seeing this physician, he was very interactive and personable. My son felt comfortable with him, though he was wondering why he didn't get to see Dr. McGahey, explained he was booked up/busy. Office and clinical Staff pretty pleasant and have been there since I've returned/familiar. Less diverse as it was in years past. Not sure if this is reflective of being under Ascension/ St.John health system. Would recommend because of their thoroughness yet quick service."

"We have seen several of the docs at Cornerstone and they have all been great. We especially really liked Dr. Padesky. He answers all of our questions and came up with a thoughtful and realistic approach to various medical issues. The office in general is also fantastic and clean. They follow Covid protocol very strongly and it feels safe. They also do a great job of always having a doctor on call in case of an emergency. When you have a newborn baby, it is great to know that someone is always around to help. The nurses on call are also terrific! I highly recommend this office."

"I was with the practice when it was originally with Dr Shoemaker and Dr Eweles and Dr Little. Dr. Shoemaker was the one who found my now oldest sons Heart problem when he was 3 months old. My son was in CHF and seen by Dr Prahbu at the main St John Hosp back in 2007. He was immediately within 12 grs flown to U of M for surgery to fix his problem, my son is now gonna be 16 in October and doing great. My husband said he would never go to anyone else so all my Children see and have seen the Dr's then and the ones that took over now. Best choice ever if you want great care for your children. Highly recommend the Dr's there."
