"My son was sick,when we made the appointment, no one told at front desk what is the protocol for sick patient, when we arrived I called at front desk how to enter, they told just wait, I will get room ready, put me on hold for 15mins, then they finally answer and stated you can come in, did not mention from which door, so we were waiting Outside the main door,then one of the MA come and took us inside then told when sick patient comes in you have to use other door etc,not properly trained staff also waited for more then 30mins in the room for DR,when someone sick I think DR need to see that patient first but they don’t even care, not going to recommended anyone, going to switch to new dr soon"
