"Unfortunately just making an appt is beyond difficult. I called left a message, they called me back. I had a question and I had to wait for them to call me back again. Then when I called them, again I had to leave a message with no response. Finally the 3rd call I waited on hold for over 15 minutes just to speak to someone and the receptionist had no clue about my previous calls or what I was talking about. 3 days later and couldn’t even make an appt. for my kids. I would recommend trying a different practice as I feel like making an appt should be the easy part."
