"I have been seeing Doctor Bahrainwala for the last 15 years and he is an outstanding doctor. He has taken care of me like I am part of his family and always fits me in for appointments with my busy schedule. "Can I give this 0 stars? I have been going here for almost a year now, and not once have I gotten explanations of my process that correctly matched up with one another. They first told me that I would be done going through my 40 progressive shots in about a year, but coming more than once per week would speed it up, and I could switch over to getting shots every other week after I got 40 different increasing dosages. After visiting more than 40 times, I asked again and they informed me that I would have to wait another 6 months on “maintenance shots” before going every other week. I was left thinking that I would be going in for my shots every week on the highest dosage, for the next 6 months so I could finally switch to going every other week. Then I got a new bottle, and was dropped down two dosages, so I was no longer on my maintenance. The answers seem to be conflicting from person to person. The Dr.(s) here seem to be good, but the staff is somewhat unprofessional (besides select few that have been so happy to help me). I hope I can finally get correct and thorough information about the process, and see if their protocol is working as they say it is."

"All of the staff that work here are so nice and it's a friendly atmosphere. I saw Dr. Bahrainwala for my daughter. He is very nice and I loved how he interacted with my daughter in a way that made her comfortable and happy the whole time he was in the room, even when she had to have a skin allergy test on her back. My daughter is very scared of anyone who wears a white coat and he never comes in the room wearing one, which I really appreciate. He is always patient, cheerful, and is easy to talk or ask questions to."
