"This drs offi e is a critical fail the first visit my appt was at 3pm first of all they failed to inform me that they had closed their offi e on Conant so then I had to drive to this location. My son had a physical I was informed that " he must be blind as he completely failed his vision test, also deaf as he failed his hearing test as well also he clearly had a heart condition." This was after a 3.5 hours we waljed out of their office at 8pm. It's hard for any kid to ne waiting that long for a dr. Let allone a child with ASD. I also had to return to pick up his physical. They tested in his hearing in a room that was about equivolent for as taking the test in the middle of I75 during rush hour. The vision test was administered feom a distance that even with a new perscriptuon and nothing covering my eyes I could not read their chart either . His hearing has since been checked at children's hospital and low and behold could not get any closer to perfect. His vision will be checked by a proper eye dr next week. I returned for his follow up appt that was at 4 pm on the 7th to still be in the waiting room at 5:15 without them even checkung his vitals after my 5th complaint they finally checked his temp and height and weight. At 5:20. At 6:15 still no sign of the dr and no explanation either. I then called his insurance company and had his dr changed effective immediately. Waited 10 more minutes for staff to at least check on us and nothing as we walked out of the office not one staff memeber was in sight. And still 2 people in the waiting room. I would give negative 10 stars but the lowest possible rating is 1 star. I don't believe even a third world countries have this poor service."
