"I been a patient here for many years. I called to set up an appointment the lady was rude as if I was bothering her. Terrible tone and very unwelcoming! After reading there reviews, not suprised. I will find a new primary."
"If I could give "0" stars, I would. A very unfortunate experience for myself and my husband. My husband had an appointment today at 11:15am with Dr. Seina Farshadsefat. My husband has been chronically ill for many years and Dr. Seina has been my husband's gastroenterologist for almost a year, however this was the first time seeing him at this office. My husband received two calls in the morning prior to his appointment time, with no voicemails left. When we tried to call back, it stated the office was closed. He then received a text message 45 minutes prior to his appointment time stating that his appointment was today at 11:15am. Being that there were no prompts to confirm, since we've already confirmed a couple days prior, we did not reply. When we arrived at the office at 11:13am (we've been to this office previously for another doctor and were not told to arrive early), the doors were locked. The receptionist came to the door and we said that we had an appointment with Dr. Seina at 11:15am. She said that she had tried to call earlier to confirm if we were coming and that the doctor has left. What do you mean he left?? When we walked into the office behind her, all the lights were off and they looked closed for the day. We explained to her that we received the missed call but there is no voicemail and it states the office is closed when we tried to call back. She said that the phones are off due to it being a Saturday. (This is no excuse for phones being off- especially when you have appointments scheduled!) We also told her that we received a text message to confirm the appointment time but didn't think that we had to text back since it did not prompt to do so. She said that she will have someone call Dr. Seina to see if he could come back and that "he said he was going to wait until 11:15 to see if we showed up". I checked the time on my phone and it was 11:16am at this point. We were right ON TIME for our appointment and the doctor had "already left". Not even five minutes later, she states that the doctor is already home but refers us to see another gastroenterologist in the office. She stated it so flippantly, without sympathy regarding the situation. I asked her, if the doctor was going to wait until our appointment time, why is he not here when we were on time? Why was a voicemail not left if you need us to come in early? Why send a confirmation text if he was not going to perform the appointment? My husband and I would bot understand if it was due to an emergency or something of the sort- however, we were given no reason behind this circumstance, other than "the doctor left and his already home". At this point, both my husband and myself are extremely upset. We've waited months to see Dr. Seina for care and he left for the day before our scheduled appointment time without notifying us. Obviously, this doctor lacks empathy and does not care about his patients based upon his actions. This office staff seemingly does not advocate for the patients receiving care there or the patients time. After this disappointing and upsetting experience, we will no longer be receiving care at this office. Nor, will we be referring anybody here for care."
"I went for an infected finger and I was seen by the nurse practitioner Marianne McKissick's she was amazing. Did I wait a long time YES that’s my only complain but, that won’t always be the case. I don’t see how anyone can say anything about the girls at the front desk. From when I walked in to when I left. I ended up having a side effect to my medication and the girl Sara at the front desk got on it right away. I got a phone call with in 5 min from Marianne and then another one from Sara to make sure I spoke to her and if I needed anything else. The service made me forget about the wait."
"Dr. Bayer discovered a likely terminal health issue 14 years ago, still here. Dr, Oska has been a trusted caring person and great provider continuing to make sure I survive. Anyone seeking more is foolish. I have had many associated doctors from AFP perform several surgeries under Dr. Oska’s purview. Jim, Marianne and Kate and all staff have treated me like I would treat them. Just had surgery from new podiatrist Dr. Kadouss and his work was outstanding! Dr. Jr (son) is a brain guy and happy the plate Dr. Kardouss put in was perfect. I am glad to spend a little time waiting for great providers that consult one another and care."
"I have been a patient for 30 years. I should have left a long time ago! Thankfully I am a relatively healthy person and only come for my yearly well check up. When Bayer had his little 3-4 room office at 17 1/2 and van dyke the office personnel were friendly always accommodating the waits weren’t extremely long and you were able to get in! This office is ridiculous the desk personnel are rude half the time they don’t answer the phone and to get in for an appointment good luck. Yes I am aware Bayer has retired and I see Oska now. Yet this place has multiple doctors and you can never get in. Whenever you are sick and in need of an appointment it’s a trip to the urgent care instead, very disappointing. Also change your hours on the website because they are also always closed when it says they are open!"
