He listens to everything we have to say, takes his time with us, and explains things so everyone can understand. My daughter loves him, he is gentle and kind and makes her feel at ease right away. We've had to call twice in the middle of the night and both times received a call back right away from him to ease our concerns. Everytime one of my kiddos is sick, they get us in same day to be looked at. His staff is awesome, so friendly and accommodating. Honestly I don't have one complaint about Dr. Chung and I am not so easily pleased with doctors, moving around quite a bit with my own care. I recommend him to everyone that asks. I also like that he doesn't do a bunch of unnecessary tests - like blood tests on babies/toddlers. I imagine he would if there was a problem but not in a routine visit."
