"This was our 1st pediatrician, since my son was born we saw her. She refused to see him when was sick and always told us we had to take him to urgent care or ER bc she didn't see sick kids to keep her healthy kids safe. My son was sick with a high fever of 104 and I called her during office hours and after hours, she never returned any of my phone calls, I ended up taking him to urgent care and I never heard from her office again. She was incredibly insensitive, only saw my son for health visits and when it came to seriously scary illness she provided to medical advice, no help and never returned my calls. Worst experience ever especially as a new mom."

"We switched from an office with 6 physicians and 3+ Nurse Practitioners who took at minimum 3 months to get an appointment scheduled for an annual exam. I was very surprised and happy that I called for an appointment on Thursday and was able to get my son in that coming Monday for a yearly checkup. Once we showed up for the appointment, I was extremely impressed and happy with how competent and friendly Dr Haddad, her nurse practitioner, and the medical, and office staff were. My son has special needs which causes medical appointments to be difficult, but Dr Haddad and her team were extremely patient and downright amazing. We were absolutely thrilled with our first appointment and the one that followed two days later for immunizations. We couldn't be happier having switched and will be with this office until my son is an adult. Keep up thr excellent work and level of care!"

"If I could give 0 stars I would! They don’t want to work but will take every opportunity to get you in office to bill your insurance. They never schedule appointments, you have to call them to follow up about prescriptions my son is supposed to take EVERYDAY. Don’t waste your time. Dirty and old"

"Best pediatrician around. If she feels it is something urgent she will squeeze her patients in. She is kind, compassionate and truly cares for my children that see her. The staff is also very kind. I've been coming to her office location since Dr. Boriboon was here and they were good Dr's but doctor Hadad is the best. Absolutely amazing"
