"Dr. Martilotti is what you wish every doctor could be; bright, considerate, and kind. Always in great spirits, he takes the time to fully listen and treat his patients. His pragmatic approach and down to earth explanations make complicated subjects much easier to digest. He actually provides health care in an industry which seems focused on health transaction."
"I have been seeing Doctor Hug for a long time on a recommendation from a registered nurse. The last couple of years I have had the opportunity to visit his office more often as we work on health issues. He always takes the time to evaluate information and make recommendations. Today I seen this first hand, Doctor Hug his Staff and Practice Manager all are striving to maintain an excellent experience and lead the way for other doctors offices to follow. Its just a normal day for them as they continue to take great care of their patients."
"If you want mediocre doctors boy have I got the place for you!"
"Just moved to the area and I was looking for a doctor for our baby Catalina. One of the doctors at the clinic was listed online, so I called to set an appointment. I couldn't finish setting the apt as I didn't have my new insurance information, and when I called back to offer the information I got a reception named Meredith, or something like that? She told me the initial doctor I wanted to see didn't have availability, so I asked for an appointment with a doctor who did. She said something to the effect of, "I'm not going to pick a doctor for you based on availability. You need to look at each doctors 'bio' and call back and set an appointment for the doctor that fits best." I explained my wife will also start a new job in less than 2 weeks so we need to get in and see some one before hand. She started saying 'you shouldn't be picking doctors based on availability...' I couldn't believe it. I'm not gonna pick a doctor I can't get in to see for 6 months. Who the heck did this lady think she was? There might be some really good doctors there, but I'll never know. That lady kept saying the same thing, she wouldn't tell me availability, she was being extremely judgemental, and I eventually had to hang up on her. Sounds like a new receptionist is in order...sorry Meredith, or whatever your name was. You're giving that office a bad name."
"Been coming here since I was a newborn. Love this place and doctor haller is amazing!"
