"This review is not about Dr Caren, she’s been my primary since I was a kid and has always been an amazing doctor and very caring and determined to figure out what’s wrong when I see her. The only reason I’m leaving 4 stars is because of the woman I encountered today at the lab in her office. I walked in to drop off a sample for the lab and was immediately greeted with a rude attitude saying sign in and wait. I tried to explain I wasn’t getting lab testing or needing to be seen by the lab I was just dropping off, and was still given the same rude attitude of I don’t care you need to sign in and have a seat there’s people before you. I’d understand if I was actually getting something done but I’m just dropping off. I proceeded to sit in the waiting room for 15-20 mins around people with my biohazard bag on the floor next to me. Only to be called up to have my bag taken and say I’m all set. Never had issues with the lab here before, whoever the blonde with glasses is at the lab desk should not be so rude to patients especially because you have no idea what people are being tested for. I’m dropping off samples to rule out things other than colon cancer that I’m getting a scope done for in a few days. So thank you whoever you are, for making my experience that much harder."

"I have known Dr. Caren for many years. Although I do agree that it is now almost impossible to get an appointment with her, my review is not about her. Love her ! Today I brought my sister in for care. The front desk receptionist took her insurance card and had to call the insurance company for coverage confirmation. The woman (red hair) proceeded to loudly quote my sister's personal information over the phone for the whole waiting room to hear. Name, date of birth, subscriber ID#, address, phone #, etc.HUGE HIPPA VIOLATION!! Identity theft is real! Medical identity theft is real. Employees should not be discussing ANY patient information where it can be heard by other people. It is against the law not to respect patient privacy."

"Dr. Caren is the best doctor I've ever had by far. She listens and addresses everything and anything I bring to her attention. I honestly can not say anything but positive things about her. She always talks to me like an equal and takes me seriously where others have made me feel like they think I know nothing. She is open to my suggestions and requests and just all around an amazing person and doctor! I don't know where I'd be without her. My life and health are much better since she came into my life as my PCP."

"Dr. Leslie Caren is the absolute thorough physician I have ever had. I'm almost 70 so I've had many doctors. Her assistants are efficient as well. I hope to have doctor Caren for the rest of my life. And I know that if I do have her for my doctor fir the rest of my life I will live to a very healthy, very old age."
