"I have newborn twin daughters that are patients here. The staff are friendly and professional. The lobby and exam rooms are clean and well kept. Their phones are on at 9 am and they accept patients at 9:30 am. Dr. Pullukat is very attentive and thorough when conducting his examinations and answering questions. I have not felt rushed or belittled when voicing any concerns. So far I have had an excellent experience with this doctor and the staff."

"5 out of 5 for me, grant it there were parents coming in reeking of marijuana but that’s there business no fault to the office or staff, The MA’s were very professional and caring extremely nice! I was surprised. My baby saw Roy Pullakat I was skeptical but he eased my mind very nurturing and caring spirit very attentive to my baby girl answered all my questions didn’t rush me, very thorough. Iam very pleased with our visit I will be switching her pediatricians we’re coming to this office from now on!!!"

"I Love the staff they have never ever gossiped on front of me /. , Actually does a great job scheduling my kids, sometime ppl like to blame others for their mistakes if there was a problem with a time appointed I have purposely been late and try to say I was scheduled for the time I arrived just being honest. I don't care about what ppl choose to say out loud because even our reviews aren't going to stop that employee from having their job. The only thing they CANOT DO is disclose patient info as gossip who cares if a person was rude over the phone I think we all might mention that was there poor language being used? Everyone should mind their business stop eas dropping. They take care of your kids, the place smells not ce and dust free be grateful for that office."

"They are very slow and unprofessional. Slow? because there was only 1 patient in front when we got here. Now 30 minutes pass our appointment time and we are still sitting w/ no updates. Unprofessional?The one lady was being rude to a patient on the phone and the other lady at the front desk talking about her in front of the other patients. Just word of advice: From my experience working in a dentist office or any other customer service based job I’ve worked, You’re never supposed to talk about customers in front of your other customers. Those conversations are supposed to be kept private. Even though I was not the one being mistreated at that moment…it is still very uncomfortable to see second hand how they treat their other patients. On a positive note, Dr. Pullukat was really nice, professional and caring. Only gave 3 stars because of her. Definitely appreciate her warm welcoming. Please consider talking to the staff about gossiping in front of other patients."
