"Love all of the Drs here, extremely knowledgeable and good at explaining what’s going on without talking down to you. Front desk is very business oriented but are great at knowing when a situation is urgent and needs to be escalated or handled quickly. They definitely take insurance, and not taking your specific insurance is a horrible reason to give a bad rating. Grow up, people."

"The receptionist both can be a bit rude. The Dr. Roome is great. Their billing process when having a primary and secondary insurance is the worst. I'm currently seeking a new pediatrician for my son due to the demeanor and feeling unwelcome by the receptionist. They are just as bad as some of those ladies at Intercare in BH."

"We LOVE all the Drs. here as well as the nurses and Pam at the front desk. It’s always a warm and loving welcome when we go or I call. They’re good about last minute appts and questions. I’ve never left wondering what is wrong or unsure of medical decisions we’ve made."

"Not military friendly. The company refuses to accept your children if you have Tri-Care insurance. They will happily take your money (as a Spectrum Health member) while you are pregnant and during the birthing process but after that it's a find someone else. As my wife and I are both military service members and will always support military members it's very inconvenient and disheartening that they won't take us because we don't have "The right insurance". Hope this saves another soldier the same headache. We all want the best for our children but that only matters when they have the "Right Insurance"."
