"Dr. Marcotte has generally been excellent in caring for our kuds for the past 4 years. However, the new female doctor could improve by engaging a little more with patients and performing basic examinations before prescribing medication. For example our kids had a persistent cough and loss of appetite, yet she did not even examine their mouths for any infections that might hinder swallowing etc…"
