"Refused to take my kids as patients because I follow a spaced out vaccine schedule. Apparently my kids don't deserve well checks and medical care if I don't give them 4 shots at a time. Heaven forbid we have our own choices with medical care."

"The doctors and nurses here are awesome. They always take the time needed to treat your child. It is easy to get an appt and you rarely have to wait to talk to a nurse over the phone. The office is not fancy or state of the art but the care is 100% and top notch. We see Dr Taylor and she is so personable and down to earth."

"We just love Dr Taylor. We transferred our daughter from Metro Health to Pediatric Partners due to many problems with rushed doctors missing things and feeling like we were not important. Dr Taylor's office is very quiet, calm, and everyone who works there is very nice and patient with us. We have also found that Metro Health was billing us for a lot of things related to routine checkups that they should not have. Pediatric Partners is conducting much more accurate billing/coding which has saved us money."

"Not a good experience at Pediatric Partners. My children's pediatrician, Dr. Kruggel, essentially dismissed me from her practice when she found out that I was shopping around for another pediatrician for my children. (I was not completely happy with her or her nursing staff.) At my last appointment, Dr. Kruggel told me that she had heard from another pediatrician that I had called their office asking about their services. She basically told me in a diplomatic way that if I have a problem with her practice that I can go elsewhere. I did go elsewhere and I am so happy that I did. My children and I love our new pediatrician, whom we have been seeing for almost two years now."

"I was taking my kids here for regular check ups but stopped going 2 years ago because, although I found them to be nice, they do little more than weigh the kids, check their ears/nose/throat, and ask if they wear seatbelts. No blood work so it feels more like a check-in than a check-up. I also can't deal with their part-time schedule. Open 9am-3pm and my doctor doesn't work on Tuesdays. Do they really expect their patients/parents to take time off from school and work in order to attend an appointment?!?"
