The staff was great but the fact that Corewell health does not back its employees or offer any relief is highly disappointing! The change is name has not altered the terrible staffing that spectrum also refused to take responsibility for. If you can't staff, consolidate. I've never had this issue at a mercy office and will now go out of my way for a better experience for myself and my family."
