"Appointment was at 730am. The first appointment of the day, I waited 40mins to see the doctor just for them to put dilating eyedrops in and tell me I have to wait another 15mins. The assistants had long nails, thank God the one with the long acrylic nails wasn't the one who had to pry open my 9mth olds eye to place the drops. The girl at the front desk never smiled and just looked like she hated her job. The doctor was limping, had pink greasy looking hair. I left the office at 9am when my son saw the doctor for no more than 10mins total. Did not feel like a quality examination at all. HOLLAND LOCATION"

"Dr Piippo diagnosed my condition in 10 minutes. She did what my optometrist, and cataract surgeon could not diagnose over a span of over a year. She found that my prism condition glasses prescription was in fact backwards. I’ll repost when I receive the new lenses."
