"Consistently the WORST managed chipotle or restaurant for that fact I’ve ever been to. They are out of stuff halfway through the day. Half of my online orders are 20+ minutes late, the other half don’t even show up. The restaurant is randomly closed in the middle of the day while they are still taking online orders. I am surprised"

"-Always out of ingredients -Always behind on orders -Typically rude staff, which I only blame management for -Go to literally any other location you are wasting your time here I was picking up 2 doordash orders scheduled to be ready at 11:14 AM. I arrived around 11:10 AM and the doors were locked (this location opens at 10:45 AM). Somebody was leaving and let me in 5 minutes later while I was standing out in the pouring rain. I asked one of the staff if the doors were supposed to be locked and they said yes as more people piled up outside in the rain. They later unlocked the doors around 11:15 AM after discussing if they should be open or not. Only one mobile order was completed in the 20 minutes that I stood there waiting. They didn’t even look at all of us waiting or offer any explanation as to what was taking so long. There were around 10 employees yet they said they didn't have enough people on online orders when asked. Even worse, when they were asked if they were completing online orders they had no sympathy and one even sarcastically said no. I then heard that same employee walk to the back and tell the person on online orders to take their time as they laughed at us for asking. They then told us we can just cancel our orders if we don’t want to wait, as if this action goes unpenalized by Doordash. This is consistently the worse Chipotle in the area and I have no idea how they are still open. Doordash orders shouldn't be accepted if they cannot be completed. We get paid per order so I received no compensation for the 25 minutes I spent waiting before canceling. I work in a restaurant and would never speak to a guest with such little respect or sympathy. I understand the stress of being behind on orders but that is no excuse to be plain rude to people just trying to do their job. Long story short, if you place an online order here don’t expect it to be ready anywhere near your pick up time. I have always had to wait at least an extra 15 minutes."

"It’s chipotle, not much to say. However this location is not that great, constantly running out of ingredients, you would think they could better manage inventory when they know what demand is like on average per day. Maybe they don’t have the space. Several times I’ve been they said they were out of ingredients when actually they were readily available in the area for online orders. One time I asked for chicken, they told me I’d have to wait 15 minutes. Meanwhile I had just seen someone cut up the freshly cooked chicken in front of me and filled 3 containers full of it. 2 of them were stored and 1 was taken to the online order section. Naturally instead of waiting I placed an online order which was ready 5 minutes later. On top of this some of the staff just seem to not enjoy working there. They do also skimp on the amount of meat they’ll put in your burrito or bowl and also queso."

"I ordered off Uber eats, they had forgotten all of my free add ons but got I everything else that cost extra? corporations need to stop hiring these brainless creatures"
