"Went to get a mammogram today, people at the front desk very friendly. My tech Patricia (Pat) was rushing, rough, and rude. This is my second time here with the same experience. It's already an uncomfortable exam. A little sensitivity and compassion goes a long way."

"I have been a patient there. As a Breast Cancer patient- they removed a "Nodule" that appeared - on my right side. They were "the best". I had originally, always gone to Royal Oak Beaumont Cancer Center, for a couple - of years - no complaints, but I truly, preferred Farmington, now. They make you feel, so welcomed,, so comfortable- "cared for". From the Receptionist to the Nurses. My next step, is to find a new Oncologist, at the Cancer Center."

"Everytime I come here I literally wait for 2-3hours. If you come here, clear your evening schedule & bring snacks because you will be waiting for a while as you watch people who get there after you go before you just so you can sit in the same room when they finally call you back or a mostly empty room if you’re getting infused. But the people are nice. The place just needs to work on not over scheduling themselves and under scheduling staff (per the excuse given to me)."

"I would give a 0 star rating if Google would allow it. They took my dad on as a patient and forgot about him. No one knew his name, his appointments were cancelled and no one could tell us why. They were supposed to schedule 3 tests to take place in 2 weeks, after not hearing from them for one whole week, I called to see when the tests were taking place. They did not even know who I was calling about. The doctor was rude in appointments, I could not imagine her bedside manner is much better. The office manager was apologetic, but apologies don't fight cancer... The office staff couldn't schedule things, I had to schedule all of my father's tests myself. For his consultation appointment, we waited 2 hours past his appointment time to speak to the doctor. We moved my father to the Karmanos Center. They are amazing. If you're second guessing this office, check them out."

"I got my first mammogram 2 weeks ago and the staff was very nice and explained everything to the letter. Made you feel very comfortable and at ease. The experience was a good one, and if I HAD to go back to any hospital for testing if needed it would be here."
